カヴァ
長かった一週間もようやく終了。
明日は朝から大学に行かなくていいので、のんびりお酒を飲むことに・・・。
空気が重〜く、いよいよ梅雨ということで空けたのはこれ。
「ドン・シュバリエ」のカヴァ。カヴァはスペインで作られるスパークリングワイン。
程よい酸味と発泡具合が素晴らしい。
気がつけば一本飲み干してました・・・。
